All invoices are to be paid within 3 working days from receipt of invoice. ​

A 75% non-refundable deposit is payable within 3 working days of receipt of the invoice prior to commencement of any work. ​

48 hours prior to all Virtual and Face to Face Marketing Consults are to be paid in full.
If payment is not received, your consult will not proceed.

Cancellation Notice: 

Social Media Management: Requires 1 month payment in advanced and a 30 day notice cancellation period. 

Website Cancellations: Your deposit is non refundable 

Marketing Consultations: Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment which can be rescheduled within a 3-month period without any additional costs. ​​
